My stay at Idou Anfa Hotel & Spa had its ups and downs. While the location in the heart of Casablanca is excellent and made dining and exploring convenient, the service left much to be desired. I experienced difficulties during check-in and found the staff to be lacking in warmth and hospitality. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the negatives overshadowed my experience.
